Your company was the most response (sic) of the four companies called. Courtesy, understanding and an obvious willingness to help out saved the day. Many thanks to Patti and Dennis for the manner they handled the entire episode which occasionally got "ridiculous". You were professional and proved how valuable a well run company can be. Again, thank you for excellent work.
